I have a limited number of reduced rate slots that are either 70% or 85% of my full fee listed above. To request a reduced rate slot please inquire during our consultation.  I am a private pay practitioner and I do not accept or bill insurance. Clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of services. I am happy to provide a super bill for nutrition counseling, which may allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider directly to identify if my services are reimbursable.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

You will not incur charges if cancellations ​or rescheduling occurs at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. The full session fee will be charged if appointment changes occur with less than 24-hours notice. Please call or e-mail me to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Virtual Sessions & Interstate Clients

My practice is exclusively telehealth-based. All sessions are conducted over a HIPAA-compliant telehealth service and require video conferencing unless prior accommodations for phone sessions have been made. As a telehealth clinician I can see clients worldwide, however superbill reimbursement is only available for Washington state based clients (where I hold licensure).
